Cancellation Policy

All payments, including packages and offers, are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge with at least 72 hours’ notice. If you request a change with less than 72 hours’ notice, the full payment will be retained. Rescheduling is permitted up to a maximum of 6 weeks from your original booking date.
